3M's new CX4-QSFP+ hybrid active optical cable assembly provides up to 5 Gbps per channel transmission over 100 meters of multimode fiber for high-performance computing and other ultra high-throughput networking environments. Using CX4 ejector, latch, and thumbscrew backshell designs, they support 10 GbE and InfiniBand SDR, DDR, and QDR data rates with stable signal integrity. The Cisco® 10GBASE X2 modules offer customers a wide variety of 10 Gigabit Ethernet connectivity options for data center, enterprise wiring closet, and service provider transport applications.
